



Perspective meets with client to set project specifications, select services and develop client agreement.
| Step 1 | Client fills out questionnaire to provide Perspective with essential information. Perspective conducts client interviews. Perspective collects archival materials for research/ inclusion in the final product. |
| Step 2 | Perspective arranges transcription of interviews, scans collected photographs, memorabilia, papers, completes historical research and creates first draft. Client reviews draft and verifies information. |
| Step 3 | Perspective makes corrections to draft, creates a working manuscript, oversees professional layout and design of manuscript. Client completes final review and approves manuscript. |
| Step 4 | Perspective oversees production of history publication and delivery to client. |
| Step 1 | Client fills out questionnaire to provide Perspective with essential information. Perspective conducts initial overview of archives materials held by client. Perspective & Client have project planning meeting. |
| Step 2 | Perspective completes initial organization of archival materials. Client meets with Perspective for Progress Report. Perspective finishes organization of archival materials. |
| Step 3 (Optional) | Perspective scans archival materials electronically. |
| Step 4 | Perspective creates electronic Finder?s Aid: with description/location of each document/ photograph. Perspective prepares User's Guide document for client. |
| Step 5 (Optional) | Client and Perspective locate appropriate repository for archives materials. Perspective arranges for transport of archives to repository location. |
